Returns, Refunds & Payments

 

I only exchange items if they have defects and only refund if I can not replace an item or if I can not deliver a service that was paid for. Should you however feel that you qualify for a exchange or refund, send me an email at rolina@rolinavorster.com.

 

This policy lasts 3 days from date of Package  Received. If 3 days have gone by since your receipt (Delivery Date) , I unfortunately can’t offer you an exchange.

 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

SHIPPING

 

To return your product, you should send me an email at rolina@rolinavorster.com - I will then get in contact with you.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an exchange is granted, the cost of shipping will be paid back to you by Rolina Vorster Design.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

 

PAYMENTS

 

  • For products, a 100% upfront payment is required.
  • For services offered, a 50% deposit is required. The other 50% is payable on day of artwork approval, where-after final artwork will be sent.
  • There are no refunds available for services that has already been offered.
